what makes you say kwikfit? Maybe he works for KwikFit and the wizard in the waiting area who put the kid to sleep ;D also changed the appearance of the number plate and convinced the presenter of the vehicle that under hipnotice a new number plate was required ;D or maybe it's the blind leading the blind lol ;D

One thing it does show is judging by members replies visually it is OK. and should not of failed which means the NT who tested the car has applied the wrong standard. Is it a money making exercise or just testers ignorance to the rules ALEX might have something to say about your comments Dave You stirring again OVER TO YOU ALEX ;D

I didn't comment because my screen resolution doesn't allow me to see if it has a honeycomb background. Xreg is I believe the first year honeycomb is not allowed. I failed one last week on honeycomb background and the guy threw a strop. Went somewhere else for a test and came back with his new cert and old plates still fitted demanding a refund. Wants to know why I'm the only person who gives a sh1t about his plates, 53 reg car and never been failed before. I printed him an appeal form

You stirring LOL ;D[/quote]
using the following formula calculate the gravitational pull of the number plate when it FALLS OFF ;D
F=GM1M2
r2
note ,,,,G is the universal gravitational constant g=6.6726x10*m2/kg2
number plate wieghts 300grams r=distance is 60cms

I would have to say its a pass as well and think the member posted the picture to show that obviously it had been tested by another NT and was just highlighting the issue that he can not see anything wrong with it and he also passed it, If the picture is enlarged it still looks likes its having a problem trying to stay on,gravity some one said or is just my fancy computer with high definition graphics card that can show this lol Wonder if its fell off yet

Is it possible the double sided sticky tape has failed possibly on the off side so it's flapping about.
In that case 6.3.1 b?

That plate does not look to me, and we can only go off the picture, that the security of the plate is such that, based on what can be seen, the plate is so insecure that it is likely to fall off. No wonder VOSA advise the national failure rate is too high Dave
