Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem with Computerisation. At the beginning of this month I ordered my overnight Performance Report, after a couple of days it still had not arrived, so I ordered it again, today it arrived, only took 10 days Dave

we have to print them off every month at work,not had any problems like that though,i suppose better late than never.

Having read through my latest Performance Report I must say that from a VOSA point of view it must look brilliant , but from a business point of view the management would be screaming at me . Some areas of my Report like seven different areas have 0% failure rates, and the remaining areas except Road Wheels are all below the National individual averages, my failure rate for wheels being 1.23%, that's 'one' vehicle failed on a wheel Will be more interesting when the next report is produced, our new rolling road and VOSA's + or - 20Kgf will make all the diferrence to my failure rate Dave
