Had an R reg baleno in for test today & I was shocked at the state of the front subframe , rotten is an understatement . There wasn't much left of it at the offside front mounting point for the suspension arm , the corrosion didn't look bad until the c.a.t. went straight through it & it all fell apart . something to keep an eye on .

Not much to see when C.A.T gone straight through it , invisible stuff ;D How did the brake performance test do?

yes , we have a baleno at my friends garage , the rear subframe is rotten aswell as areas in the front. the design of it just encourages collection of corrosives - and they are v.hard to find in decent condition to consider replacing.
