Our probs started thursday 3rd,base unit went down,replaced on Monday by engineer who went off after fitting and not informing any of our staff,when we went to use it started downloading weekends big download and locked us out of system until complete.Told by helpdesk to sit there and keep mouse moving for as long as it takes otherwise system timesout Decided to leave over night as they said should then sort itself out,which thankfully it did.That sorted then E.T,so we have a lot of catching up to do.
