Has anyone else received a letter asking if they want to take part in a trial where VT32s are printed on plain paper?
mine arrived this morning.... sounds like they want to reduce print costs to me...... what about the information on the back of the VT32?
For taking part in this trial you receive the sum of £10 ...... woo hoo should I plan my early retirement now....

If they wanted to reduce print and paper costs they should stop sending packs out that contain paperwork you don't need, I throw away loads of VT40's. How annoying is it when you fail a vehicle and you have to print two VT30's, the second one with just a few words on it?

We have twice the amount of paper wasteage. For an English VT30 that takes 2 pages, the Welsh translation (with longer words) could be 3 pages... We have no choice as to whether to give the vehicle presenter either English or Welsh documents. By Law, they must have BOTH. The VT20 is one bi-lingual sheet, the VT32 is printed on both English and Welsh on the same page.

That's just wrong, surely you should be allowed to give the customer the choice.
