Hi guys a quick question if you don't mind reading and replying. Today I had a 2008 merc a class in with 6574 miles on the clock, it has only done 200 miles since its last mot so as you sometimes do expect it to pass, untill I checked the tyres. The tyres on the vehicle where the original ones fitted at new. Anyway i noticed the outside sidewall had a continuous cut all away around the sidewall on all four tyres due to them being original and the car never being used. Three off them I noticed were deep enough you could start to see the plys. I failed them on cuts excess requirement ect, was I right to do this, A because a continuous cut longer than 25mm or 10% width and B you can see plys. Only asking because the customer is appealing it, Any info or opinions will be great Thanks

Acquisition of a residence permit based on business investment is most suitable for those who wish to establish or develop their business within the European Union, while taking advantage of the benefits of having legal residency within the EU - with all the convenience that it brings in terms of travel. Statistics show that business investment is a less popular way to obtain a residence permit compared to purchasing real estate, however, there are several peculiarities that make this option the best solution for some investors. www.immigration-residency.eu/residence-permit-latvia/business-investment/
