Where I am the mot computer is in another building and the mot bay manual is the printed one now and from Jan 2012 what is the best way to have a up todate 2012 manual in the mot bay.

Either print one out from the VTS device or from the online links on this forum - remembering to replace any updated pages as they are issued.
Or get a tablet computer and download the PDF file onto it.

theres no need to keep hard copys any more got rid of ours about month ago only keep vts guide just use mot device most up todate anyway it was in recent special notice about keepng hard copy foget witch one

I've downloaded the MOT Inspection Manual and saved it on the PC that runs the EGA and DSM. The manual is then easily viewable in the MOT bay and printed pages can be produced when required.
My EGA/DSM is a crypton.
