And I thought we were one of the last to get one.It sounds as if its about to chew up the paper every time but very quick and not missed a letter yet.........................

Are you using the front paper feeder or the tray in the bottom? The guy who installed ours today told me to just use the front feeder and only put one sheet at a time in it. Dave

Thats right one sheet at a time untill told to go plain in october I think we still have lots of vt40s will be using them up first

Dave You can put more than one sheet at a time in the front feeder. For instance if you know you are printing a VT20 followed by a VT32, then place them both in, the printer will pull in one sheet at a time.

just a little experiment i tried. you can also use the bottom tray sheet feeder for the printed VT forms.
