I have just brought a Clio billabong about 4-5weeks ago from a garage. The condition of me buying it was that they fixed the things that i found were wrong, for example the sunroof because it leaked also to give it an MOT and Service. When i picked it up they said to me they had done an MOT and Service and fixed the sunroof. However, couple of weeks of having it the sunroof leaked i took it back and the man tried again. Again it still leaked so i have now decided to take it to Renault, they also did me a free safety check, and after doing so told me i needed new Anti roll bars, and they said it wouldn't be able to pass an MOT. so what i would like to know is the MOT that the garage i brought my car from lied about the MOT or do Anti roll bars only last a certain amount of weeks? and should i send the bill to them?can i report them? Please help

Suggest you get a second (third) opinion from another independant garage (preferably an MOT station) on the state of the anti roll bar links/bushes. Its not unusual for "free" safety checks to find something wrong that is only marginally faulty.
If the independant agrees there is a fault then go back to the garage you bought the car from and ask for it to be fixed at no cost to you.
