I have a failed test on rear brake binding but cannot find a suitable entry in the component list to fully describe this condition. Any ideas?

Any ideas? -- Roger The following is the reason for rejection in the test manual. I shall have a look at what the VTS device options are tomorrow. A significant braking effort recorded on a roadwheel, even though the brake is not applied, indicating that a brake is binding

Brake binding is RfR 8353
Go Brakes > brake performance > RBT > rear wheels to find it or just put 8353 in quick search
you mention siezed and binding so not sure which is the one you need without more info.
