before on line mot's,on fairly new cars,it only took 25-30 mins. now i'm passing the time of day with my NT for 15 mins before he'll log back on.will he be vaporized if he logs on to early?

I'm sure you wouldn't have a problem if you logged back in after half an hour....but not every single test, unless your are only ever doing newish cars.

30 mins is about average for a first test if all go's well with logging it in and the emission test. Thats what we find anyway. Older cars take on average 40 mins provided thers no list of failure items. Where the cars a real bucket and lots of fails I've seen us near an hour but thankfully most our tests these days are newer cars.
