Hi all. We came across some severe corrosion in the bulkhead panel just forward of the brake servo front mounting studs on a 1995 Vauxhall Corsa. The corrosion was just visible by peering into the area just forward of the servo and could be fealt by running your fingers under the curved lower edge of the engine side of the panel. We have only had this instance of this problem but there may be more out there like this. It is potentially very dangerous as it could lead to 100% loss of service brake. The pictures are with the servo removed for clarity. Regards Henry. Reason for Editing: Edited links to show images in post.

I'll have to keep an eye out for that, along with insecure headlights, broken handbrake cables and cracked 'B' posts.
