hi guyz had a vosa man came to my garage to do a site check as i was doing my inspection the rear lamp had a 2-inc hole so i said it would be a pass and advice but the vosa man disagree he said it it would reduce the light out put and even can be contaminated by water what is your opinion on that? i know i can stick one of tho red see tho stick tape

I think you should have asked the VOSA Man to show you the correct method of inspection and reason for rejection to use. If he did let us know. Daveg

If that was the case then we should be failing every single light as the bulbs get dusty. Did a P/A on a Ford Fusion a while back, with both rear lamps containing water.
