Hi I am having alot of these tyre side walls at the moment, which are perished but no cords showing. At the moment I am pass and advise with dangerous marked. There are no cord exposed. Whould be intrested in your opinions. ;D Attachments:

Whould be intrested in your opinions. ;D I would agree with the pass/advise as long as the rest of the tyre meets the standard and no plys/cords exposed within the sidewall cracking ; I would not mark down dangerous going by what i see in the photo. May be a more extensive inspection advised after the completion of the test may be a bit more appropriate ;

Pass and advise with a note stating cracking on sidewalks covers you if anything were to happen.

Yeh I would P/A Thats deterioration due to age of the tyre! One reason why we don't supply part worn tyres that have more than likley been removed from a foreighn car cos they reached their reccomended age limit.

I would P+A. from what I can see. Possibly a dangerous tag, I would need to look very closely.However if when I was lifting the suspension with the lever bar I happened to notice that one of those cracks opened up to expose cords, or even enough to be considered "A tear indicating a structural defect " or whatever the wording is, that might be a different matter.
