Hello,
Does anyone know whether headlights flickering while the car is driven would result in an MOT failure? They flicker at a very high frequency but it is definitely noticeable.
When not moving the headlights also flicker when the engine is revved past about 3000 rpm.
Another headlight issue - if the lamps have water in them which is on the inside of the lens, would this cause a failure?
Thanks Dman

if water in headlights does it affect light output operation beam image/pattern if not i would pass and advise i had a fiat stilio in the other day with water in rear lens which was obsuring the rear reflector i would say to double check in manual for flicker but again i think this would be a fail
